What Is Reflexology?
Reflexology is an ancient therapeutic practice that involves applying pressure to specific areas of the feet, hands, face and even ears. There is evidence of practice in Ancient Egypt, Greece and India. A lot of the theory behind reflexology is based on Chinese Traditional Medicine, and incorporates meridians, energy lines and Chi.
Reflexologists do not diagnose, prescribe nor give medical advice. They do stimulate nerve endings in the feet or hands which correspond to different organs and systems in the body, encouraging natural healing and supporting the body to rebalance.
What sets reflexology apart is its non-invasive nature and ability to support the body’s natural healing process. It complements other medical treatments and can be used alongside traditional therapies to enhance their effectiveness.

Is Reflexology Right For You?
Reflexology may be right for you if you're looking for gentle, hands-on support to help your body settle, reset and restore balance. Many women come to reflexology during times of stress, hormonal change, fatigue or emotional overwhelm - including menopause, pregnancy, postnatal recovery or periods of on-going health challenges.
You don't need to arrive with a clear goal or long explanation. If you're craving deep relaxation, nervous system support and a calm space to switch off and be cared for, reflexology can be a supportive place to start.
Reflexology treatments start at £30 for a 30 minute taster session.
Although much of my work focuses on women's well-being, reflexology is open to anyone who is looking for gentle relaxation and balance in a calm and supportive environment.
If you're unsure whether reflexology is right for you, you're always welcome to get in touch with any questions or queries you may have.
