Terms & Conditions

Minimalistic Plant Decor

I am a full member of the Association of Reflexologists (AoR). Being a full member of the AoR demonstrates that I have completed a quality, nationally recognised Diploma in Reflexology and have support from the AoR. I am also an Associate member of the Association for Coaching.

As an AoR member:​

  • I am bound by the AoR Code of Practice and Ethics

  • I follow AoR hygiene and good practice guidance

  • I hold full professional insurance

  • I complete Continuing Professional Development to keep my knowledge and skills up to date

  • I comply with GDPR data protection regulations. Please see the separate Privacy Policy for further information.

1. Appointments & Health Information

​When booking an appointment, workshop, wellness walk or retreat day, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Prior to treatment, clients are required to complete a consultation form and provide accurate health and lifestyle information. Please inform me of any medical conditions, injuries, pregnancy, fertility treatment or changes to your health, as this may affect your treatment.

I reserve the right to postpone or decline treatment where it may not be safe or appropriate to proceed.

If I am unable to provide a treatment or event due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, I will contact you as soon as possible to rearrange or refund your booking.

2. Fees & Payment

​

Current treatment and event prices are listed on the website and may be updated periodically.

Payment may be required in advance for:

  • Reflexology treatments

  • Coaching sessions

  • Treatment packages

  • Wellness walks

  • Workshops

  • Retreat days

Payment can be made via:

  • Bank transfer

  • Card payment

  • Cash

Treatment packages and promotional offers are provided at my discretion and may be withdrawn or amended at any time.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

​

Reflexology Treatments & Coaching Sessions

  • A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or rearrange an appointment.

  • Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be charged at 100% of the treatment fee.

  • Missed appointments without notice are non-refundable.

Wellness Walks

  • Spaces on wellness walks are limited and often prepared in advance.

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days before the walk will receive either:

- A full refund

- Transfer to another available walk

  • Cancellations within 7 days of the walk are non-refundable unless the space can be filled.

  • Walks may occasionally need to be postponed or cancelled due to severe weather or safety concerns. In this situation, an alternative date or full refund will be offered.

  • Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically able to take part and must wear suitable footwear and clothing.

 

Workshops & Retreat Days

  • Workshops and retreat days require advance planning, venue hire and preparation.

  • A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your place.

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event may receive a refund minus any deposit paid.

  • Cancellations within 14 days of the event are non-refundable unless the space can be filled.

  • If Ahmia Reflexology cancels an event, clients will be offered:

- A full refund

- Transfer to another event

- Credit towards a future booking

 

4. Treatment Packages

​

  • Treatment packages are offered at a reduced rate as they are paid for in advance.

  • Packages:

- Are non-refundable

- May be transferred at my discretion

- Must be used within 6 months of purchase unless otherwise agreed

- Remain subject to the cancellation policy above

5. Gift Vouchers

​

  • Gift vouchers are available for treatments and events.

  • Vouchers:

- Are non-refundable

- Cannot be exchanged for cash

- Must be redeemed within 6 months of purchase unless otherwise stated

- Remain subject to the cancellation policy

6. Workshops, Walks & Retreat Participation

​

  • Participation in wellness walks, workshops and retreat activities is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.

  • Clients are responsible for:

- Informing me of any relevant health conditions

- Bringing any required medication

- Wearing suitable clothing and footwear

- Following any safety guidance provided during the event

 

Ahmia Reflexology accepts no responsibility for loss, injury or damage except where required by law.

7. Children & Young People

​

Clients under the age of 16 must have consent from a parent or guardian.

A parent or guardian may be required to remain present during treatments or events.

8. Additional Therapies & Services

​

In addition to reflexology, I may offer holistic wellbeing services including workshops, coaching, women’s wellness support and seasonal wellbeing events.

These services are provided to the same professional standards expected within my reflexology practice.

9. Privacy & Confidentiality

​

All personal information is treated as confidential and stored securely in accordance with GDPR regulations.

10. Acceptance of Terms

​

By booking a treatment, workshop, walk or event with Ahmia Reflexology, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
