What can I expect at a retreat day?

Our retreats are designed to slow down, reconnect with nature, and nourish your mind and body. Each day blends gentle movement, mindfulness practices, seasonal wellness activities, and time for reflection. You’ll leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and inspired.

Do I need to be fit or experienced to join?

Not at all! Our retreats are suitable for all abilities. Activities are gentle and adaptable, and there’s plenty of rest time. The goal is balance and enjoyment, not performance.

What should I bring with me?

Comfortable clothing for outdoor and indoor activities, sturdy footwear, a water bottle, and a notebook if you like journaling. We’ll provide any equipment needed for wellness sessions. In winter, extra layers and a warm hat/gloves are recommended.

Will there be food provided?

Yes! We provide nourishing, seasonal refreshments and lunch, with options to cater to dietary needs. Please let us know in advance of any allergies or preferences.

Can I attend just one session or do I need to stay the whole day?

Our retreats are designed as a full-day experience to fully immerse in the benefits. Shorter attendance isn’t recommended as you may miss key activities, but we’re happy to discuss individual needs if required.

How do I book and pay?

Bookings are made through our dedicated retreat sign-up page. We offer a secure online payment system, with an optional payment plan for full-day bookings. Spaces are limited, so early booking is recommended.

What if the weather is bad?

Our retreats offer a combination of both indoor and outdoor activities but they are adaptable. In case of rain or strong winds, activities will be moved under cover so the day remains enjoyable. Please dress appropriately for the season.

Is there parking or public transport nearby?

Public transport is a little hit and miss. There is however, free parking at the venue.

Can I bring friends or family?

Absolutely! Retreats are a shared experience, and we welcome participants to join with friends. Each person should book individually to secure their place.

Can I receive a refund if I can’t attend?

We offer refunds up to 14 days before the retreat. After this, we can offer a credit toward a future retreat.
