Reflexology Lymph Drainage:
Gentle Support for Lymphatic Health

Reflexology Lymph Drainage (RLD) is a specialised treatment designed to support the body's lymphatic system - helping to reduce fluid retention and encourage natural drainage.

Using a precise, gentle sequence on the feet, this treatment works differently to traditional reflexology, focusing specifically on lymph flow and movement within the body.

It's a calm, non-invasive way to support your body when it feels sluggish, heavy or in need of a reset.

What is Reflexology Lymph Drainage?

Developed by Sally Kay, RLD is a clinical reflexology technique that targets the lymphatic reflexes on the feet.

It is often used to support:

  • Lymphoedema

  • Fluid retention and swelling

  • Post-Surgery recovery (where appropriate)

  • Sinus congestion

  • A feeling of heaviness or sluggishness

Treatments are gentle, rhythmic and deeply relaxing.

If you're looking for a gentle, targeted treatment to support your body's natural drainage and balance, you can book your session below. Or get in touch if you'd like to chat first.
