You're holding a lot.....
You're trying to stay calm whilst everything around you feels anything but.
Maybe your child is struggling with school, routines or big emotions.
Maybe you're constantly explaining behaviours to teachers, family members or other parents.
Maybe you're exhausted from second-guessing yourself and wondering if you're getting it all wrong.
And underneath it all... there's that quiet feeling of being quite alone in it.
This space is for you.

I understand - not just professionally, but personally
I'm a mum to neuro-divergent children, and I know first-hand how complex family life can feel.
I've navigated school meetings, overwhelming behaviours, emotional outbursts, avoidance and the constant need to advocate. I've also experienced the impact this can have on the whole family - the stress, the isolation, and the moments where you simply don't know what to do next.
Coaching gave me perspective, support and, most importantly, a way forward.
Now, I offer that support to other parents.
How I can support you
This isn't about 'fixing' your child.
It's about helping you feel calmer, clearer and more confident in how you respond and support them.
We might explore:
-
Managing overwhelm and parental burnout
-
Understanding behaviour without blame or shame
-
Setting boundaries (and navigating the inevitable pushback)
-
Supporting school struggles and attendance difficulties
-
Handling emotional outbursts and dysregulation
-
Building confidence in your parenting decisions
-
Creating a calmer, more connected home environment

A gentle real-life approach
My coaching style is calm, practical and non-judgemental.
There's no pressure to have the 'right' answers here. No one-size-fits-all strategies.
Instead, I offer a space where you can:
-
Talk things through openly
-
Make sense of what's happening
-
Find realistic ways forward that actually work for your family.
What makes this different?
This work is shaped by both lived experience and professional training.
I understand the emotional side and the practical realities - the appointments, the forms, the school conversations, the day-to-day challenges.
Alongside coaching, my holistic background means I also consider your well-being as a parent - because when you feel more regulated and supported, everything shifts.
Is this right for you?
This coaching is for parents who:
-
Have a child with autism, ADHD or additional needs
-
Suspect their child may be neurodivergent
-
Feel overwhelmed, stuck or unsure what to do next
-
Want support without judgement or pressure

Sessions are relaxed and conversational - there's no pressure to have everything figured out beforehand,
