You're holding a lot as a parent.
Trying to stay calm whilst everything around
you feels anything but.
Maybe your child is struggling with school, routines or big emotions.
Maybe you're constantly explaining behaviours to teachers, family members or other parents.
Maybe you're exhausted from second-guessing yourself and wondering if you're getting it all wrong.
And underneath it all... there's that quiet feeling of being quite alone in it.
This space is for you. The Parent.
To help you feel calmer, more grounded and more able to handle the moments that feel hardest,

I understand - not just professionally, but personally
I'm a mum to neuro-divergent children, and I know first-hand how complex family life can feel.
I've navigated school meetings, overwhelming behaviours, emotional outbursts, avoidance and the constant need to advocate. I've also experienced the impact this can have on the whole family - the stress, the isolation, and the moments where you simply don't know what to do next.
What changed for me wasn't having all the answers.
It was having the right support - space the think clearly, regulate my own responses and feel steadier within it all.
Now, I offer that support to other parents.
How I can support you
This isn't about 'fixing' your child.
It's about supporting you to feel more steady, so you can respond in a way that feels calmer and more in control - even when things are intense.
Together, we might explore:
-
How your nervous system responds in stressful moments
-
Simple ways to feel grounded during meltdowns or overwhelm
-
Understanding your triggers (without blame or guilt)
-
Moving from reaction to response
-
Supporting your child while also supporting yourself
-
Rebuilding confidence in your parenting decisions
-
Creating a calmer, more connected home environment

A gentle real-life approach
My approach is calm, practical and non-judgemental.
There's no pressure to have the 'right' answers here. No one-size-fits-all strategies.
Instead, I offer a space where you can:
-
Talk things through openly
-
Make sense of what's happening - for your child and for you
-
Learn ways to feel more regulated and supported
-
Find realistic ways forward that actually work for your family.
What makes this different?
Most parenting support focuses on the child.
My work focuses on you.
Because when your child is overwhelmed, it can quickly become overwhelming for you too.
When you feel calmer and more regulated it changes how you respond - and that shift has a ripple effect through your whole family.
Alongside coaching, I also bring in nervous system support and reflexology, offering a more holistic approach to helping you fell steadier and less overwhelmed.
Is this right for you?
This support is for parents who:
-
Are raising a neurodivergent child (diagnosed or suspected)
-
Feel overwhelmed, reactive or stretched thin
-
Struggle to stay calm in the harder moments
-
Want support that focuses on them - not just their child
-
Are looking for a calmer, more grounded way forward
