What Is Coaching?
Coaching is a supportive, conversational approach that helps you explore where you are now, what you want for your life and the steps that move you towards meaningful change. While reflexology works through the body, coaching works through guided dialogue, reflection and gentle change.
Unlike therapy or counselling, coaching doesn't diagnose, treat or delve into past trauma. Instead it focuses on the present and the future - your goals, habits, mindset and day to day well-being. It offers space to untangle thoughts, understand patterns, build confidence and create realistic, sustainable changes that support your overall health.
What sets coaching apart is its collaborative nature. You won't be told what to do or who to be; instead we work together to uncover what feels right for you. Coaching can sit comfortably alongside medical care, holistic treatments and everyday routines, helping you feel clearer, more balanced and more in control of your next steps.
Coaching sessions with Ahmia can take place online via Zoom or Whatsapp or face to face, giving you the flexability to access support wherever you're based.

Coaching might be right for you if you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed or at a crossroads and want space to reflect, gain clarity and move forward in a way that feels right for you. This might be during a life transition such as motherhood, menopause, relationship change, health challenges, or a general sense that something needs to shift.
You don't need to have all the answers - just a willingness to explore what's going on beneath the surface and take small, supportive steps towards change. Coaching offers a calm, non-judgemental space to reconnect with yourself and create change that fits real-life.
Whether you choose a single session or a coaching package, each session is designed to help you feel supported, empowered and more like yourself. Individual coaching sessions start at £85 for a 60 minute appointment, and £450 for a 6 session coaching package.
Although much of my work focuses on women's well-being, coaching is open to anyone who is looking for gentle guidance, clarification and accountability in a calm and supportive environment.
